| Several fans of the PEDDLERS
are currently maintaining WEBSITES of the band as well
as keeping in occasional contact with former members.
When THE PEDDLERS
disbanded in 1988 their official fan club had over 20,000
active members. 'THE REDNECK MOTHERS' CLUB"
fans remain loyal to their wonderful memories of
"THE AMERICAN PEDDLERS".
Due to the hundreds of requests for copies of the old
albums "Survive", "Real
to Reel", & "Once Upon A
Rock." We decided to see if we could bring
the old albums back to life. The original artwork has
been digitally restored and the audio has been remastered
from whatever remaining audio sources could be salvaged.
The quality of these CD's are the best possible under
these circumstances. You may hear some source noise,
or glitches that we were not able to remove without
damaging the track. There are some variances in the
track line up depending on the source of retrieval.
We were also not able to retrieve one song off of the
"Once Upon A Rock" Album unfortunately,
called "Zabra."
These Albums will not being sold for
PROFIT, but only to meet the demand of the Peddler Fans
who continue to request copies. Therefore, after retrieving
the actual manufacturing costs plus all other fees associated
with their Re-mastering, online charges, and shipping
charges. The remaining moneys will be sent to The
Air Force Aid Society or other Military
Aid causes.
I am working diligently to get these CD's on CD
Baby (they should be available in the next couple
of weeks) or through my website. If you have any questions
or would like a copy of the accounting records for this
album please feel free to e-mail me at Aaron
Barker. Thank you for your patience!!
